About Us

Our Products

We try to make our pictures and details as clear as possible so that our valued customers can see what they will receive before they buy.  In certain cases there may be slight differences between what you see on the computer screen and the goods that you actually receive.  We accept no liability for these differences, but shall take all reasonable measures to ensure such differences are minimal, if not non-existent.

Ordering

Making a purchase online with mummybags is safe and secure.  Our payment process is hosted on a secure server so your credit/debit card details are safe.  Just browse the store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart and when you have finished your selection, click on the ‘checkout’.  You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Delivery Charges

We offer a FREE delivery service for orders of £30 or over.  Orders under this amount will be charged at £2.95.  We aim to dispatch all our orders within 3-5 working days or sooner if possible.  If for any reason your item will take longer than expected you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

We deliver to the UK, Channel Isles, and Northern Ireland only.

We are obviously reliant on our carriers’ service to perform the ‘contract’.  If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us via our ‘contact us’ page and we will assist you as soon as possible.  We will take any reasonable measures in order to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange unused items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receiving them.  Please ensure that the items are safely packed as, if they become damaged, it may affect our ability to give a refund.  Then fill out our returns form to request an RMA number and returning address.  You will be refunded the cost of the product, however all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and that you use a registered service to ensure there is proof of delivery too.  mummybags will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in shipping.  Upon receipt of a returned item we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund.  Where the initial payment was by credit/debit card or Paypal, then the refund will be made back to your credit card/bank account or Paypal account.  We cannot process refunds by any other method than the same method that you used to make the original payment.  Please allow at least 10 working days for refunds to be processed after a product is returned to us.

Please note, if you are returning an order that received a free gift, you must return the free gift or the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods

All items are checked prior to shipping.  In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged/faulty, a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned to us (if appropriate) or sufficient time has elapsed so that the item is considered lost by our carrier.  Where the initial payment was by credit/debit card or Paypal, then the refund will be made back to your credit card/bank account or Paypal account.
